GreenकBadi ("we", "us", "our") operates the GreenकBadi customer mobile app (Android), staff app, admin tools and website (greenkabadi.in). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
By using GreenकBadi you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

- Account: name, phone number, email, password (hashed), optional profile photo
- Location: pickup / saved addresses and GPS when you set an address for pickup
- Content: scrap photos, categories, order history, in-app chat messages
- Transactions: weight, rates, payment amounts and digital receipts
- Device & usage: device/OS/app version, language preference, basic security logs
- Support: messages you send via Contact us or email

- Internet - sync bookings, chat and receipts
4. How we use data · उपयोग
To manage accounts, schedule pickups, assign collectors, issue receipts, send notifications, prevent abuse and comply with law. We do not sell personal data for advertising.
5. Sharing · साझा करना
Assigned collectors see pickup details. Admin/support may access orders for operations. Hosting/SMS/push vendors process data on our instructions. We disclose data when required by law.

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for disputes, accounting and law. You may request deletion.

Hashed passwords, staff access controls and HTTPS. Keep your login details confidential.

Not directed at children under 13. Contact us to remove any child data collected in error.
