These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GreenकBadi customer mobile app (Android), staff app, admin tools and website. By installing or using GreenकBadi you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the service · सेवा

GreenकBadi connects customers who wish to sell scrap with authorised collectors. We facilitate scheduling, assignment and payment records. Final rates depend on item quality, verified weight and market conditions at pickup. Phase 1: Siliguri and nearby areas.

2. Eligibility · पात्रता

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration and contact information
• You are responsible for activity under your account

3. Accounts · खाते

Customer accounts via the app. Collector accounts are created by admin only. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your responsibilities · जिम्मेदारी

• Accurate address and contact details
• Honest scrap descriptions and photos
• Follow category safety instructions
• Be available (or designate someone) for pickup
• Do not harass users or misuse the platform

5. Prohibited materials · निषिद्ध सामग्री

No hazardous, illegal or restricted waste. Collectors or GreenकBadi may refuse unsafe pickups.

6. Rates & payments · दर और भुगतान

• App rates are indicative; weighed amount at pickup is final for that order
• Payment is typically cash or UPI on the spot after weighing
• App record is the official digital receipt
• Raise disputes promptly via chat or Contact us

7. Staff & admin · कर्मी और एडमिन

Collectors must record correct weights and amounts. Admin may correct records with an audit trail.

8. Intellectual property · बौद्धिक संपदा

GreenकBadi name, logo and content are owned by us or licensors. Do not copy without permission.

9. Disclaimers & liability · दायित्व

Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for delays from weather, traffic or incorrect customer info. Liability for a dispute is limited to the amount for that specific order, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination · समाप्ति

You may stop using the app and request deletion anytime. We may suspend access for breaches of these Terms.

11. Privacy · गोपनीयता

See our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes · बदलाव

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Governing law · लागू कानून

Laws of India. Courts in Siliguri / West Bengal, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
